This is a group for Gen Z New Yorkers who are struggling with the weight of the current moment - financial stress, hopelessness, climate anxiety, grief for futures that feel out of reach, and the exhaustion of trying to be okay in a world that isn't. The group meets every Monday at 6:00 PM EST for 60 minutes. It is a small, confidential cohort of 4–6 members. Sessions are $30, Aetna is accepted.

Group Objectives

- Reduce isolation by creating a space where members feel genuinely understood by peers facing the same realities

- Help members distinguish personal struggles from systemic pressures — recognizing that much of what they carry is not a personal failure

- Build emotional vocabulary and coping tools grounded in CBT, ACT, and positive psychology

- Process grief, hopelessness, and anxiety in a contained, professionally facilitated environment

- Foster connection and shared meaning-making among Gen Z members navigating an uncertain world
